Bel
STOTT PILATES REFORMER AND MAT, PRE & POST NATAL, BSC EXERCISE SCIENCE
“Fitness and strength has always been a passion of mine right from when I was 4 years old starting out in competitive gymnastics. Following this passion I completed my Sports Degree majoring in Exercise Science and became more and more interested in injury rehabilitation through movement and assessment.”
-
“After a period living in Sydney doing what I love and working with some amazing clients it naturally led me to Pilates to gain more knowledge and more methods to help my clients. In the process I got hooked and even better, my body loved it! When my family and I moved home 3 years ago I decided to make Pilates my focus with a nice blend of strength conditioning mixed in there for fun.”
Danelle
300 hour Comprehensive Mat
& Reformer Certified
One-Hot Yoga
After spending the last 15 years overseas Danelle has returned to the Bay to make the most of beach life. She’s been practicing Pilates for the past 12 years in Melbourne and was instantly hooked on the Reformer – some would say she became obsessed.
-
She first dipped her toe into teaching in 2014 and then dove into a comprehensive 300hr Mat & Reformer course in 2023 through One Hot Pilates. With a background in advertising and UX strategy, Danelle found Pilates to be the perfect complement to her corporate life. She loves interacting with clients and creating classes that flow, are intelligent, fun and challenging. She loves to see her clients grow from week to week, and her favourite moves to add to class spicy lunge sequence or a juicy short spine.

-
Teaching fun but challenging classes, with active mobility woven throughout a strong full body workout, Jaime’s mantra is to leave clients feeling amazing and better than when they walked into the class.
Rose
Intensive STOTT Reformer
Matwork
BSc
Rose first discovered Pilates in 2016 and quickly developed an appreciation for the practice and its focus on mindful movement. In 2020, she completed her reformer instructor training, and in 2024, when her youngest of three children started kindergarten, she began teaching regularly. In early 2025, Rose expanded her training to include matwork.
-
For Rose, Pilates is a way to feel more connected to her body, recognising both its strengths and its limitations which she has naturally taken outside the studio to move, hike, play sport and lift things (and kids) with more confidence. Rose loves that teaching Pilates helps her clients to do the same.

Tahlia
Certified in STOTT Pilates
Myofascial Movement
Rehabilitation + Sport Performance
“I am a holistic-science driven instructor with a passion for physiology that stems from my background in dance. When you dance, feeling effortless in your movements is the key to reaching your full potential.”
-
“Mindful movement is an evolving educational tool that when used to treat the body and all its components three-dimensionally, will build dynamic stability and strengthen entirely. I have experienced this philosophy in my own body since I was 16, and made this a full time career ten years ago.
My full & comprehensive certification is in the STOTT Pilates method.
From there, I have studied and taken part in as many Myofasical Movement courses available as I cross over into the paradigm shift of traditional biomechanics, into 21st century anatomy believing that Biotensegrity is a truer way to view, treat & assess the body including addressing the fascial matrix. Lastly, I have become a Cancer Rehabilitation Therapist after completing the training by The PINC & STEEL Trust.
I’m a mother to two of the world’s best small humans, wife to my loving husband and feel very blessed to call the Bay of Plenty home.”
