Introducing Pilates to you via your first studio experience, one to one. Within this 60-minute session, you will have a full static & dynamic posture analysis from an instructor and be educated on what daily lifestyle habits may have affected your postural alignment within your musculoskeletal system. You will learn the Pilates Basic Principles and discuss in this session how Pilates can help you achieve your personal goals. From here, your first week of classes are then FREE to explore and trial as you decide what type of our offering suits you best.
